It was advertised as unlimited but slowed the Internet down after 1GB/day to an unusable speed of 0.05mbts/sec which is literally a scam. Thats not even justifiable by any fair use guideline, its a scam. I wish I could get my money back, as I didnt use it because it was unusable and ended up buying another e sim from a different provider. Will never use this service again and tell friends, family, colleagues and followers to stay away from this scam
Hi Seth, we're sorry the plan didn't meet your expectations. Your eSIM includes 1GB of high-speed data per day, followed by unlimited data at reduced speeds. However, a speed of 0.05 Mbps is not what we would normally expect. We wish you had contacted our 24/7 support team during your trip, as we could have checked your connection and network settings and helped improve the service. We appreciate your feedback.
Worked remotely from London for a week. The eSIM handled video calls and a lot of data use without issues.
Used the eSIM across 5 European countries. it worked really well overall, just had to restart mobile data once after crossing a border.
Traveled through Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany. The eSIM worked really well. It was really useful for navigation and staying in touch.
Thanks for sharing this, Laura. Glad it worked well during your trip.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I have to activate the eSIM immediately?
No. You can buy today and activate your eSIM when you travel. You have up to 30 days to activate it after purchase.
When should I install my eSIM?
We recommend installing your eSIM a few hours before traveling.
You can scan the QR code and download the profile in advance, but keep it turned off until you arrive at your destination.
This way you confirm everything is set up properly without activating the plan early.
When does my data plan start?
Your plan activates automatically when you arrive at your destination and your device connects to the local network.
Days start counting from that moment, not from purchase or eSIM installation.
What is the speed of the eSIM?
You will browse at 4G LTE or 5G speeds depending on local carrier availability at your destination.
Plans include a daily high-speed data allowance (e.g., 1 GB, 2 GB, or 3 GB per day depending on the destination) and, once reached, you stay connected with continuous browsing at reduced speed until it resets the next day.
How do I get a refund?
If you have not yet installed or activated your eSIM, you can request a refund by contacting us via WhatsApp.
Requests will be evaluated according to our refund policy and terms of purchase.
Should I turn on data roaming?
Yes, you must turn on the “Data Roaming” option in your device settings for the eSIM to work properly at your destination.
How do I delete the eSIM after using it?
To remove an eSIM, go to Settings > Cellular (or Mobile Data) > select the eSIM plan > Remove Data Plan.
The process may vary slightly depending on your device (iPhone or Android).
How many times can I use this eSIM?
Each eSIM is for single use and is valid only during the contracted period.
Once the time has expired, the eSIM stops working and cannot be reused or topped up.
For future trips, you will need to purchase a new eSIM.
Can I top up my eSIM?
This eSIM is valid only during the contracted period.
Once the time ends, the eSIM stops working.
If you need more days, you can simply purchase a new eSIM.
What do I do if I lose the QR code?
Don't worry. You can search your email for the message where you received the original QR code.
If you can't find it, contact us via WhatsApp or chat and we will resend it to you immediately.
How much data does my eSIM include?
Your plan includes a daily high-speed 4G/5G data allowance (which resets every 24 hours) plus continuous basic-speed connectivity.
This means you never run out of internet during your contracted days: you can always keep using WhatsApp, maps, email, and essential travel apps.
Can I share data with other devices?
Yes, you can enable a hotspot (WiFi access point) from your smartphone and share data with other devices, such as tablets, laptops, or your travel companions according to your plan.
Does it include a local phone number?
No, this eSIM is data-only and does not include a local phone number.
However, you can make unlimited calls and video calls using apps like WhatsApp, Skype, FaceTime, Telegram, and other messaging platforms.
Can I use my physical SIM alongside the eSIM?
Yes, absolutely. In fact, it is highly recommended.
You can keep your physical SIM active to receive important calls and SMS, while using the eSIM exclusively for mobile data.
Your phone can operate both at the same time without any issues.
When will I receive my eSIM?
You will receive your QR code by email instantly after completing your purchase, no matter where you are.
In most cases, it arrives in less than 5 minutes.
