As these are digital products:

  • There are no physical products, shipping, or return logistics.
  • Service quality depends on local mobile operators.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue plans without prior notice.

3. Compatibility and Use

The customer is responsible for verifying that their device:

  • Is compatible with eSIM technology.
  • Is carrier-unlocked.
  • Meets the technical requirements of the purchased plans.

Once the eSIM is activated, scanned, or used, the service is considered consumed.

4. Orders and Payments

By placing an order, you declare that:

  • All provided information is correct and up to date.
  • You are authorized to use the selected payment method.
  • The purchase is for personal use and not for resale.

Prices may change without prior notice.
Purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.

5. Refund Policy (Summary)

We may issue refunds only if:

  • The eSIM has not been activated, scanned, or used.
  • No data usage has occurred.
  • The request is made within 30 days of purchase.

Refunds are not granted for:

  • Coverage or speed issues from the operator.
  • Incompatible or locked devices.
  • Incorrect installation by the user.
  • Already used or activated eSIMs.

ChapaTuESIM is not responsible for:

  • Network failures, coverage, or speed issues from local operators.
  • Problems related to the customer’s device.
  • Incorrect use or improper installation.

Our maximum liability will be limited to the amount paid for the corresponding eSIM.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content is the property of ChapaTuESIM or its licensors.
Copying, reproducing, or distributing content without authorization is not allowed.

8. Third-Party Tools and Links

We may use services or tools provided by third parties.
We are not responsible for failures, damages, or information on external sites.

Our store operates using Shopify technology, but any purchase is made exclusively between the customer and ChapaTuESIM.
