At ChapaTuESIM, all our products are digital eSIMs, so we do not provide physical shipping. Delivery is electronic and automatic.
Digital Delivery
Once your purchase is complete, you will receive:
- A QR code or
- An activation link
- Installation instructions
These will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.
Delivery Time
Delivery is usually instant.
In some cases, it may take a few minutes due to:
- Payment verification
- Server load
- Automatic provider adjustments
If you do not receive your eSIM within 15 minutes, please contact us so we can resend it.
No Physical Shipping
Since all products are digital:
- There are no shipping fees.
- We do not use couriers or shipping carriers.
- Traditional delivery times do not apply.
