Shipping policy

At ChapaTuESIM, all our products are digital eSIMs, so we do not provide physical shipping. Delivery is electronic and automatic.

Digital Delivery

Once your purchase is complete, you will receive:

  • A QR code or
  • An activation link
  • Installation instructions

These will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Delivery Time

Delivery is usually instant.
In some cases, it may take a few minutes due to:

  • Payment verification
  • Server load
  • Automatic provider adjustments

If you do not receive your eSIM within 15 minutes, please contact us so we can resend it.

No Physical Shipping

Since all products are digital:

  • There are no shipping fees.
  • We do not use couriers or shipping carriers.
  • Traditional delivery times do not apply.
